Murdoch's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager-Hardside to lead the Hardside team, set goals, and optimize store operations. You will drive service excellence, merchandising, and safety while guiding staff through coaching, development, and performance reviews.

As part of the store management team, you will recruit, train, and develop talent, manage product sets, and collaborate across departments to achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of store appearance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years previous store leadership experience within retail.
• Strong Windows-based computer skills – especially with Microsoft products.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the store experience in the Hardside department.
• Lead the Hardside team with planning, goal setting, and development.
• Review, measure, and optimize processes to improve operations.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain signage and product organization across the department.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets.
