Murdoch's in Silverthorne is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and enhance the store experience. You will lead the team, set goals, develop staff, and ensure processes are reviewed and optimized while maintaining a service-oriented approach.

As part of the store management group, you will hire and mentor, manage inventory pricing, signage, and product sets, and collaborate across departments to deliver strong results.

Qualifications

• Three to five years previous store leadership experience within retail.
• Strong Windows-based computer skills – especially with Microsoft products.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, planning, goal setting and development for the department.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and merchandising standards.
• Recruit, interview, train and develop qualified candidates for store positions.
• Manage inventory pricing, signage and product sets; ensure accountability.
