Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior store leadership experience in retail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proven merchandising and store appearance capabilities.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the store experience for customers and staff.
• Lead the Clothing team, including planning, goal setting, and development.
• Review, measure, and optimize store processes to drive sales.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to build talent within the store.
• Maintain signage, planograms, and product sets within the department.
• Collaborate with the store management team to ensure safety and operations.
