Zamora Design & Build is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead field execution of outdoor living projects across Metro Atlanta. You’ll supervise a crew, review plans, and ensure craftsmanship from site prep to finish, coordinating with the Project Manager and operations team.

Zamora Design & Build is looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead the field execution of our outdoor living projects throughout Metro Atlanta.

This is a leadership position for someone who knows construction, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants the opportunity to take real ownership of the projects they build.

As our Hardscape Foreman, you’ll be the leader on the job site. You’ll work alongside our Project Manager and Operations team to take professionally designed projects and turn them into finished outdoor spaces our clients are proud of.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just know how to work hard — we’re looking for someone who knows how to build and lead.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead a crew through the construction of custom outdoor projects such as:

• Paver patios and walkways
• Retaining and seating walls
• Natural stone and masonry
• Grading and excavation
• Drainage systems
• Landscape installations
• Complete outdoor living transformations

Every project is different. You’ll have the opportunity to build projects that require craftsmanship, problem-solving, leadership, and attention to detail.

You’ll Own the Field

When you’re running a project, you’re the person making sure the plan becomes reality.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and organizing your crew
• Reviewing plans and understanding the complete scope
• Laying out projects correctly
• Checking measurements, grades, elevations, and drainage
• Planning daily production
• Coordinating materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintaining quality throughout every phase
• Training and developing crew members
• Identifying problems before they slow down the project
• Communicating daily with Project Management
• Keeping the project moving efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organized, professional job site
• Delivering a high-quality finished project

We want our foremen to have ownership and responsibility, not someone constantly standing over their shoulder.

We’re looking for someone with real hardscape and construction experience who understands how a project should be built from the ground up.

You should be comfortable with:

• Pavers
• Retaining walls
• Base preparation and compaction
• Grading and elevations
• Drainage
• Excavation
• Natural stone and masonry
• Reading plans and measurements
• Operating or directing equipment
