Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years supervisory experience in production/maintenance with high-growth company.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate status reporting to Production Manager as assigned and upon request.
• Lead and manage job site with installation of hardscapes including paver patios, fireplace, outdoor kitchens, etc.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to optimize field crew quality and efficiency.
• Ensure Crew timesheets are entered in a timely and accurate manner into LMN.
• Actively monitor job hours and project requirements to ensure job quality and client satisfaction.
• Consistently conduct jobsite reviews for quality and safety.
• Actively resolve client and/or crew issues and update Production Manager as needed.
• Communicate accurate and timely daily and weekly schedule to Crew.
• Maintain standards of cleanliness for jobsite, company equipment and vehicles and crew member uniforms.
• Manage loading/unloading of vehicles for beginning and end of workday.
• Ensure safety protocols are consistently in place for Crew and jobsite.
• Ensure any/all incidents are reported same day and Incident Report is completed and submitted.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to identify and develop in-house talent.
• Develop and support a culture that enhances strong client and employee relationships.
• Participate in all meetings as scheduled and upon request including Foremen meetings.
• Participate in and support snow events including plowing and/or spreading deicing agent (MANDATORY).

Experience/Requirements:

• High school diploma


• 1+ years of industry production/maintenance supervisory experience with high growth $1MM+ company


• Valid driver’s license (less < 2 points)


• Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting, pulling, &/or pushing 50 pounds


• Bending, Sitting, Standing, climbing &/or walking 8 hours or more per day


• Navigate diverse terrains


• Work in all seasons & climate conditions
