This hands-on role is fast-paced and outdoors-focused, ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who want to grow with a team that values hard work. You will assist in patios, walkways, walls, outdoor kitchens, and firepits, while learning grading techniques, tool safety, and project coordination with crew members

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.).
• 2+ years of landscape installation experience.
• Strong working knowledge of laser transits, compaction, and base preparation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, responsible, and quality-focused mindset.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Willingness to relocate to West Lafayette, IN before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, outdoor kitchens, and firepits.
• Perform excavation, grading, and preparation for hardscape projects.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and use laser transits for proper grading and leveling.
• Support landscape construction with planting, mulching, and softscape work as needed.
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.
