Job summary

Golden Oaks Landscaping, established in 1992, is seeking a dependable Hardscape Laborer to join our growing outdoor living team. The role focuses on installing patios, walkways, and walls while performing site prep and material handling.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of relevant experience, enjoy outdoor work, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday day shift and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and IRA match.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hardscape, landscaping, or construction experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls.
• Perform site preparation: digging, grading, excavation, base preparation.
• Assist with laying pavers, setting stone, and installing hardscape materials.
• Operate and assist with use of construction equipment and power tools.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow project plans and instructions from crew leaders.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• Perform general labor and other duties as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors throughout the landscaping season.
• Snow removal required
