You will manage a skilled crew, interpret architectural blueprints and grading plans, operate heavy equipment, and ensure site safety and on-time, profitable project completion while maintaining clear communication with project managers and homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on hardscape installation experience.
• Proven supervisory/crew-lead experience managing small teams.
• Proficiency in transit leveling, shooting grades, and calculating material yields.
• Experience safely operating trucks, trailers, and standard earth-moving equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; CDL/DOT card a plus.
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work.

• Direct and lead a dedicated crew in installing pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, and outdoor fire features.
• Interpret and execute architectural blueprints, landscape designs, and grading plans accurately.
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including skid steers, mini-excavators, and saws, prioritizing site safety.
• Monitor and record daily material usage, labor hours, and project milestones to ensure profitable, on-time completion.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on advanced masonry techniques, equipment handling, and safety protocols.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with project managers and property owners regarding site progress.

• Proven track record in a supervisory or crew lead capacity, successfully managing small teams.
• Strong proficiency in transit leveling, shooting grades, and calculating material yields.
• Expertise in safely operating trucks, trailers, and standard earth-moving equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (CDL or DOT medical card is a plus).
• Exceptional physical stamina with the ability to perform rigorous work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
