Job summary

Valley Landscape Inc. is seeking a dedicated Hardscape Crew Leader to guide a crew in delivering top-quality outdoor spaces, including patios, walls, and walkways.

You will oversee project execution from planning to completion, ensuring client expectations are met and work is completed safely and efficiently. As a leader, you will train crew members, maintain equipment, and coordinate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hardscaping or related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
