Job summary

Holtec International invites a Project Manager-Field Operations to lead project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics across site operations. You’ll coordinate vendors, logistics, procurement, and contract administration while serving as the main client contact and onsite lead for equipment delivery and assembly.

Office/field balance with significant travel, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives are met in a fast-paced, nuclear/industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management, field operations, or construction/manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to tech and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, and contract administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate vendors, logistics, and procurement activities; issue POs and manage closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact; develop and maintain strong relationships.
