Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients.
• Tile and grout cleaning, repair, caulking, sealing.
• Secondary services like stone sealing and coatings.
• Safely operate the service vehicle and PPE compliant.
• Process payments and paperwork on site.
• Engage in community events and provide estimates as needed.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and PPE.
• Report safety concerns to managers.
