Sir Grout Tampa is seeking a reliable tile and grout technician to join our Indianapolis team. You will perform cleaning, sealing, minor repairs, and inspections of hard surface surfaces in homes and businesses.

We provide full-time, stable scheduling, paid training, all tools and materials, and opportunities for advancement. You will work with a supportive team and interact with customers to ensure outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Experience in tile, grout, flooring, stone, or related trades preferred but training will be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Comfortable working in customers' homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Tile & Grout Cleaning — use professional equipment to deep-clean and restore surfaces.
• Grout Color Sealing — apply premium color sealants for uniform results.
• Minor Tile & Grout Repairs — fix cracks, replace missing grout, restore damaged areas.
• Stone & Surface Inspection — evaluate surfaces and recommend restoration services.
• Customer Service — communicate clearly and ensure client satisfaction.
• Equipment Care — maintain tools, van, and materials.
