Sir Grout Indianapolis is seeking a skilled Tile and Grout Restoration Technician to restore and enhance tiled surfaces, delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial clients. The role involves cleaning, repairing, and applying coatings, with opportunities for advancement through hands-on training.

You will travel to training sessions (expenses covered) and work with a team focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic restoration environment.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must travel to training sessions; company covers expenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients.
• Perform tile/grout cleaning, repair, minor re-grouting, caulking, color sealing, and related services.
• Offer secondary services like stone countertop sealing and coatings for floors and surfaces.
• Safely operate service vehicle and chemicals while following PPE standards and safety regulations.
• Process on-site payments and paperwork accurately.
• Engage in business development activities when possible and provide estimates as needed.
• Maintain and report on inventory of chemicals, PPE, etc.
• Report safety concerns or injuries immediately and communicate clearly with clients and managers.
