You will research pricing using GWH guides, Google Lens, eBay, and other platforms, and assist donors as needed. Maintain a clean, safe work area and support in loading/unloading donations.

The role emphasizes accurate pricing, efficient handling, and teamwork to maximize profitability while supporting the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sort and grade hard goods donations to maximize production.
• Research merchandise value using GWH pricing guides or resell platforms.
• Ensure PPE is used and workstation is kept clean and organized.
• Assist with unloading donations and processing donations via donation tablet.
• Maintain safety and security of associates, customers, and property.
• Perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks as needed.
• Greet customers and answer basic questions about store operations.
