Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Effective communication with diverse individuals.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sort and grade hard goods donations according to quality guidelines to maximize production.
• Research merchandise value using pricing guides or online platforms (Google Lens, eBay) to price items.
• Identify eCommerce items and route to manager on duty for processing.
• Wear and utilize PPE, including cut-resistant gloves, on duty.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation before, during, and after shifts.
• Request production supplies from management when running low.
• Monitor merchandise levels on the sales floor and notify management when stock is low.
• Assist with product rotation and sales floor recovery to maintain a full, fresh, and friendly environment.
• Greet customers and answer basic questions about store operations and merchandise.
• Assist with unloading donations, using the donation tablet, and assisting donors as needed.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and safety duties in assigned areas.
• Support safety and security of associates, customers, and property.
• Perform various janitorial tasks.
• Report all work incidents and injuries immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
