Job summary

Barton & Gray Mariners Club in Naples, FL seeks a Club Ambassador to drive regional business development, grow membership, and elevate member experiences while representing the brand in local markets.

You'll own the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, partner with events, CRM and harbor teams, and travel seasonally to New England markets as needed to nurture relationships and expand Barton & Gray's footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management.
• Strong track record of account management and retention.
• Proven ability to communicate recommendations to executive management team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled at working effectively with various interdepartmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy designed to generate qualified membership leads and grow Barton & Gray's presence within assigned markets.
• Serve as an active representative of Barton & Gray within the local community while proactively generating new membership opportunities through personal networks, referrals, local organizations, clubs, businesses, hotels, strategic partnerships, events, community engagement, and other relationship-driven prospecting efforts.
• Own self-generated leads through the full sales cycle, including initial outreach, qualification, discovery, relationship development, hosting demo cruise, follow-up, objection handling, closing and onboarding.
• Act as a liaison for Members within assigned harbor, including member experience opportunities and service mishaps in partnership with the Member Services team.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of prospect activity, opportunities, Member relationships, and next steps within the Club's CRM and Internal Software.
• Ensure product & hospitality consistency across all points of Member interaction including onboard, training, harbor activities, and more.
