Job summary

Duncan Aviation, Battle Creek, MI, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist I to keep hangars, shops, and grounds clean and safe. Under supervision, you will handle non-hazardous materials, prevent spills, and perform routine facility tasks.

Requires High School/GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs occasionally), and willingness to work in noisy environments. On-site role with benefits including relocation assistance and health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes hangars, shops, lunchrooms and restrooms following approved procedures
• Maintains facility equipment and responds to facilities requests
• Maintains company grounds for cleanliness and safety, including snow removal and de-icing
