Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking a Facility Custodial Specialist I to clean and maintain hangars, shops and grounds, ensuring a clean, safe workplace. With supervision, you’ll handle non-hazardous materials and assist with non-hazardous spills while supporting after-hours needs.

You will manage cleaning tasks, operate basic facility equipment, and stock supplies. A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are required, with relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Respirator Fit qualified (certificate) and forklift certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes hangars, shops, lunchrooms and restrooms, including scrubbing floors and handling trash.
• Maintains facility equipment such as scrubbers, shop-vac and snow removal tools.
• Responds to facilities requests and assists with after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Maintains company grounds by picking up litter and performing basic snow removal and de-icing.
