Metro Aviation is seeking an A&P Helicopter Aviation Maintenance Technician in Fort Meade, Maryland. Join our MedStar program and ensure aircraft are maintained to airworthy standards. This full-time role includes performing vital maintenance tasks, effective communication with pilots, and managing aircraft conditions. Candidates must hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and have at least three years of relevant experience. Qualifications
Minimum of three years turbine rotorcraft or airplane experience.
Thorough knowledge of FARS, the General Operations Manual, and other pertinent information.
Extensive knowledge of all aircraft mechanical systems functions and interactions.
Responsibilities
Perform aircraft maintenance including inspection, modification, maintenance, and repair of aircraft.
Communicate with the pilots and the clinical crew regarding the condition of the aircraft.
Maintain close liaison with the A&P Lead Aviation Maintenance Technician.

Education
