Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Handyperson for permanent, full-time work in a fast-paced environment where safety matters. You will help maintain buildings, perform light repairs, and support cleaning tasks across the site in the Charlotte region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in building maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals (English; Spanish where state required).
• Good communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work per procedures and site schedule.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the site.
• Empty trash and manage recycling as needed.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep as directed.
• Follow safety rules and report progress to supervisor daily.
