Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in building maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively to customers and management.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish where required).
• Critical thinking with multitasking and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to standard procedures and the building's schedule.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors; manage trash/recycling.
• Inspect and replace light bulbs; perform minor repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Set up and tear down chairs, tables, and equipment for events.
• Follow safety rules and report progress to supervisor.
