Qualifications

• 3+ years of building maintenance experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Effective communication with customers and management.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to standard procedure and site schedule.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor electrical tasks.
• Set up chairs, tables, and equipment for meetings.
• Report work completed to supervisor daily.
