Handyman Position - Restoration Work

Full Time • Chula Vista, CA

We are looking for a full-time skilled and hard-working handyman to provide water damage restoration services to residential homes in various locations in San Diego County.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Repairs due to water damage or mold damage in homes. Restore cabinetry, flooring, drywall, baseboard, paint, etc.
2. Respond to requests for standard or emergency repairs or other associated services from general and/or resident managers on a timely basis.
3. Repair plumbing, electrical, safety components, or structural elements as needed.
4. Perform turn-over involving but not limited to demolition, cleaning, drywall repair, structural repair, painting, cabinet installation, plumbing work, and electrical work.
5. Test performance of appliances.
6. Keep storage facilities and equipment organized.
7. Perform job with attention to detail and quality.

Job Skills:
