City Wide Facility Solutions of NC is in need of an additional Maintenance Technician to work in the Raleigh-Durham area. The right candidate will be capable of handling typical handyman repairs independently and in a timely fashion.

Must be comfortable with the following jobs:

1. patching and painting drywall damage
2. replacing light fixtures
3. furniture assembly
4. simple plumbing work such as replacing toilets or faucets

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a handyman or background in related field
2. Good communication skills
3. Reliable transportation and basic tools
4. General understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
