Mastria Automotive Group is seeking a dependable Handyman / Facilities Maintenance team member in Raynham, MA. The role focuses on general repairs across dealership locations, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and fixture installations.

The position requires hands-on ability, reliability, and the capacity to manage multiple projects while coordinating with vendors when specialized work is required. The team supports a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.

Qualifications

• General repair and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs and routine maintenance.
• Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and patching projects.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements.
• Repair doors, locks, shelving, cabinetry, and other facility items.
• Assemble and install furniture, equipment, signage, and fixtures.
• Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventative maintenance across properties.
• Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors as needed.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas.
• Respond to maintenance needs across dealership locations.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $30.00 Annually

Mastria Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and experienced Handyman / Facilities Maintenance team member to help maintain our dealership locations and facilities. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs and routine maintenance
• Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and patching projects
• Handle basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
• Repair doors, locks, shelving, cabinetry, and other facility items
• Assemble and install furniture, equipment, signage, and fixtures
• Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Assist with preventative maintenance throughout our properties
• Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors when specialized repairs are needed
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas
• Respond to maintenance needs across dealership locations as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous handyman, property maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred
• Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on assignments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working with tools
