Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role:

1. Proper Equipment: Knowledge and Owner of Basic tools for the Craftsman/Handyman work. A Truck or Van must be necessary.
2. Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
3. Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.
4. Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance, Decent looking vehicle, Organized tools
