This position is for an experienced Tile Installer who is committed to quality work and customer service. Additional craftsman/handyman skills are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work independently to safely and professionally complete tile installations and repairs, as well as home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects within schedule and budget
• Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projects
• Collaborate with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety standards
• Accurately track job progress and collect payments using field service software and tablets

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Expert knowledge of bath/shower tile installation and repair is required
• Good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work is a plus
• Possession of necessary tools for bath/shower tile installation and repair is required
• Having tools for home repair, maintenance, and installation projects, and understanding how to use them safely, is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and basic math and English skills
• Strong work ethic, excellent time management, dependability, and self-reliance
• Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders, and handling tools
• Comfortable working in attics and limited-space areas
• Reliable transportation and a current valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to operate fleet vehicles safely at all times
• Pass background screening
