This position is for experienced multi-skilled Craftsmen who are committed to quality work and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to safely and professionally complete home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects within schedule and budget
• Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projects
• Collaborate with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety standards
• Accurately track job progress and process payments using field service software and tablets

Skills and Requirements

• Good knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work
• Possession of necessary tools and understanding of their safe and proper use
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and basic math and English proficiency
• Strong work ethic, excellent time management, dependability, and self-reliance
• Ability to perform physical labor including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders, and handling tools
• Experience working in attics and limited-space areas
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to operate fleet vehicles safely at all times
• Pass background screening
