Job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled contractor/handyman to handle various maintenance and repair tasks. Experience as a contractor/handyman or in a similar role is preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• General facility and grounds maintenance / repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Miscellaneous plumbing and electrical work
• Efficiently manage and complete scheduled daily tasks
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

This position reports directly to the facility owner.

• Hourly Wage: $25.00+
