Mr. Handyman is seeking skilled Handyman Professionals to perform maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects. You’ll be supported by a company van with gas, a back office to fill your schedule, and an office team that handles calls and customer care.

You’ll also have an iPad and access to our ServiceTitan platform to document work. You’ll manage customer expectations, build repeat customers, and follow the Mr. Handyman Way.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience as a paid handyman.
• Own your own tools.
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Background and driving record check completed.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects; duration from two hours to two days.
• Communicate with customers to explain what needs to be done and manage expectations about scope and costs.

The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
