Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking a skilled Handyman Professional to perform maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties. You will manage projects from two hours to two days, communicating clearly with clients to set expectations and deliver high-quality workmanship.

You will operate with a company van and gas card, supported by back-office scheduling, an iPad, and the ServiceTitan system to streamline work orders. Flexible hours and ongoing opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the construction industry (or equivalent)
• Own your own tools
• Insurable for driving the company vehicle
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to work at heights and overhead for extended periods
• Professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home/commercial projects (2 hours–2 days)
• Explain needs and manage expectations with customers
• Create long-term customers through excellent service

The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
