Job summary

Mr Handyman is expanding its team in the Oklahoma area, offering a company-supplied van with gas card, a back office to fill your schedule, and dedicated office support to handle calls and customers. You’ll operate with a company iPad and ServiceTitan for a streamlined, tech-enabled workflow.

As a Handyman Professional, you’ll tackle maintenance and repairs from small to mid-size projects, communicate clearly with customers, and build life-long relationships by delivering top-tier service and

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a paid handyman or equivalent experience.
• Own your tools and be insurable to drive a company vehicle.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently and work at heights.
• Professional appearance and maintenance of the company-provided vehicle.
• Able to pass a background and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects (2 hours to 2 days).
• Communicate with customers to explain scope and costs and manage expectations.
• Document work using the Mr. Handyman process to ensure quality and consistency.
• Create lifelong customers by delivering outstanding service and following the Mr. Handyman Way.

The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
