• Over time: You will build a reputation as a trusted local professional. Success means completing jobs correctly the first time, maintaining a clean and safe work site, and collaborating smoothly with our office staff to keep projects on schedule.

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong, practical experience in general home repairs and light remodeling, with specific skills in carpentry, drywall repair, tile work, door installation, and painting.
• Strong communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English, to discuss projects clearly with customers and coordinate with our dispatch team.
• A reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work.
