Job summary

Real Property Management Southland is seeking a highly motivated Handyman to provide basic residential maintenance for the properties we manage. You will perform a range of services to keep homes in good repair and coordinate with property teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, tools of your own, willingness to be on-call 24/7, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff. A company van is provided to support on-site work and timely service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance or similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Must provide own basic maintenance tools.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7.
• Company van will be provided.

The Handyman is responsible for providing basic residential maintenance for the properties we manage. Strong candidate will bring a full range of general handyman skills. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.

• After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

• Company credit card for materials
• $150-275 Daily rate
• Bonus opportunities

Compensation: $150.00 - $275.00 per day
