Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking an experienced Carpenter Handyman to perform maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects in the Fort Collins area. You will manage tasks independently, using your own tools and PPE, while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll assess needs, explain scope and costs to customers, and aim to create lifelong customers by following the Mr. Handyman Way. Franchise ownership means you are employed by a local franchise owner who sets wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Live within the area (Fort Collins, CO area).
• 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman.
• Own your own tools and carry them to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
• Communicate with customers to explain needs, scope, and costs.

The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
