Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking a qualified Carpenter Handyman to perform maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects in the Richland, WA area. You will work with a company-provided van and gas card, while the office team schedules work and handles calls for you.

We offer competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour, paid holidays and vacations, and bonus opportunities on top of the hourly rate. You must live within the area, have 2+ years of experience, and be insurable to drive the vehicle.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of paid handyman experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Insurable to drive company-provided vehicle.
• Must pass background and driving record checks.
• Professional appearance and maintain company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs and small to medium projects for homes and commercial sites.
• Communicate with customers to set expectations and explain scope and costs.
• Document work and follow the Mr. Handyman process to ensure quality and consistency.

The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
