Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking experienced carpenters/handymen to perform maintenance and repair work for homes and small commercial projects. You will carry a company-provided vehicle, use tools you own, and follow our process to ensure a high-quality service experience for customers.

Responsibilities include completing tasks efficiently, communicating scope and costs to customers, and building life-long relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include 8+ years of paid handyman experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and work at heights.
• Self-management and the ability to interact with customers to explain scope and costs.
• Professional appearance and upkeep of the company vehicle.
• Pass background and driving checks and be insurable to drive the company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and small commercial projects, ranging from 2 hours to 2 days.
• Communicate with customers to set expectations on scope and costs.
• Deliver a high-quality service experience to encourage repeat business and referrals.
