Mr. Handyman is hiring a skilled Handyman Professional in Munster, Indiana to perform maintenance and repairs on homes and small commercial projects. You’ll manage expectations, document work, and deliver a superior customer experience while working with company systems and PPE.

The role requires 8+ years of paid handyman experience, own tools, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Franchise ownership means you’ll be employed by the local franchise owner, not a centralized company.

The project length can range from two hours to two days.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
