Full‑Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

Property Management Company | Los Angeles County

$18–$25/hour DOE + Benefits

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing property management team. Residential and commercial properties throughout Los Angeles County and are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner (AppFolio)
• Perform basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, disposals)
• Perform basic electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
• Drywall repair, painting, and unit turnovers
• Appliance troubleshooting and replacement
• Preventive maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
