Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexibility to be on call for urgent maintenance needs.
• Hands-on experience using basic hand/power tools and small commercial equipment.
• Physical ability to regularly lift and carry items up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient with work order systems and basic computer skills.
• Functional literacy and numeracy to inspect notes and track inventory.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of common areas, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash.
• Complete minor repairs, including painting, patching walls, replacing light bulbs, and moving furniture.
• Assist with basic plumbing repairs and address minor leaks.
• Inspect property and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and exterior grounds.
• Set up rooms or common areas as requested.
• Keep tools, equipment, and supply areas clean and organized.
• Respond promptly to work orders and requests from management.
• Follow all company and property safety procedures.
• Assist with snow and ice removal when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
