Job summary

Critter Control Operations in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation on residential and commercial properties. You will identify wildlife entry points, install barriers, and complete minor structural repairs while following safety, technical, and quality guidelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on work in the field, independent problem solving, and collaboration with sales and service teams to ensure a positive customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and other barriers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and other structural areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain documentation of services performed and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
