Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across the Welding and Drill/Saw departments.
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Plan and prioritize daily work to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and staffing requirements.
• Ensure employees follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and remove obstacles to keep work moving.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality to resolve production and quality concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, productivity, and throughput.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Train employees on processes, procedures, equipment, and safe work practices.
