Responsibilities include coaching team members, providing guidance and training, developing work instructions, and facilitating clear communication between management and staff to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED Equivalency.
• 2+ years' experience in a leadership role.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management support to the team, coordinates workloads, monitors issue and ensures production goals are met to meet the requirements of the customer.
• Responsible for ensuring all employees within assigned work group are operating according to company standards.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
• Provide guidance, support and training to new team members
• Ensure adherence to all safety processes and protocols
• Facilitate communication between Management and Team Members.
