Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee Vendor Compliance Auditors and Unloaders, ensuring accurate auditing and efficient unloading operations. The role partners with site management to maintain safety, accuracy, and productivity.

The incumbent will monitor performance metrics, guide staffing, and drive continuous improvement across the site, emphasizing compliant processes and teamwork to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor load counts and volume daily to ensure proper staffing levels
• Communicate and monitor performance metrics
• Assign workload to ensure efficiency
• Communicate violations and overall metrics with site leadership daily
• Validate violations prior to allowing loads to leave the facility
• All aspects of associate management including recruiting, training, ongoing coaching, and corrective action as needed in conjunction with the Vendor Compliance Manager
• Identify and recommend areas for improvement to the site management
