Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Warehouse IQ Supervisor to lead a distribution team on the floor from 6:00 AM to completion, Monday through Friday. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication to drive efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will own the Vendor Compliance Program, ensure accurate product moves, and coordinate cross-departmentally.

Qualifications

3 years in Inventory Control
Experience in a fast-paced large warehouse environment
Prior experience with vendor compliance program is a plus
Supervisory experience is required
Experience operating equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Own, lead and manage the daily operations of the department.
Oversee employees and all compliance-related functions of the distribution center.
Coordinate the daily processing of compliance reporting.
Monitor and manage payroll of staff.
Maintain hands-on accountability for department goals and safety.
Supervise daily activities, allocating work and ensuring quality and housekeeping.
Ensure employees are trained on procedures and identify additional training needs.
Partner with team to transfer duties to Capstone team and maintain strong cross-functional communication.
Handle employee relations in collaboration with Distribution leadership and HR.
