Job summary

SportRx in San Diego, CA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily inventory, prescription eyewear, orders, returns, and warehouse activities from receiving through shipping in a fast-paced fulfillment operation. This is a full-time, on-site role five days per week.

You’ll shepherd a high-performing team, set priorities, mentor staff, partner with the Senior Director of Operations and People & Culture on hiring and training, and maintain accuracy and safety while delivering

Qualifications

• Three+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management.
• Two+ years of leadership in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• ERP/inventory systems experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Shipping software experience (ShipStation preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse team; set daily priorities.
• Oversee inventory flow from receiving to shipping and fulfillment.
• Partner with Senior Director of Operations on hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce planning.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and drive process improvements.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse; support busy periods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
