Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for a first shift in Port Wentworth, GA. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, daily production goals, and seamless warehouse/transport operations to meet service expectations.

The supervisor will guide staffing, training, safety, and performance, while partnering with management to optimize processes. Strong communication and OSHA knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops shipping/receiving schedules to meet goals and ensure efficiency.
• Supervises warehouse personnel and assigns work based on skills.
• Oversees inbound/outbound shipments and equipment usage for efficiency.
• Maintains safety, productivity, and compliance with standards.
• Contributes to staff development and coaching, timekeeping, and performance reviews.
