Job summary

WOLFpak in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and build a high‑performing team. You will supervise floor staff, optimize fulfillment workflows, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining quality and on‑time shipping.

The role focuses on owning end‑to‑end warehouse execution, improving processes, and scaling operations with strong leadership and problem‑solving on the floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse supervisory/management position.
• Proven ability to independently manage daily warehouse operations and lead a team.
• Strong understanding of picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Experience managing employee schedules, training, performance, and productivity.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work full‑time, on‑site in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and returns operations.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and within shipping deadlines.
• Manage daily workloads, prioritize tasks, and allocate labor to meet demands.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, product receiving, inventory movement, and organization.
• Work directly with warehouse associates to support operations and deadlines.
