Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize and stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organization.
• MHE experience or willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Accurate data entry for daily inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shift leadership to meet shift goals.
• Oversee warehouse processes: receiving, put away, picking, and loading.
• Direct work assignments to employees.
• Provide daily hands-on support in material handling and forklift tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Communicate with internal and external partners.
• Identify and escalate problems to management.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and WIs.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and proper inventory labeling.
• Assist in staging orders for delivery.
• Ensure proper storage and security of products.
• Other duties as assigned.
