Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CMMS administrator for the platform.
• Maintain asset hierarchy and ensure accuracy across equipment records.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance to meet standards.
• Create, assign, and prioritize work orders aligned with operations.
• Monitor backlog and ensure timely resolution and resource alignment.
• Track, analyze, and report maintenance performance metrics.
• Support root cause analysis with accurate data capture.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to reliability.
